Roofing

We specialize in the installation of residential asphalt shingle roofs, along with emergency repairs and waterproofing. For projects involving new roofs, we install a minimum of 2 metres of ice-and-water shield along roof edges and in valleys, along with synthetic underlay to roof peak, shingles, capping and ventilation, and clean and dispose of all waste materials. Siding
Siding refers to the material on a home’s exterior. Typically made of aluminum, vinyl, fibre cement or wood, siding protects a home against rain, snow, mold, mildew and insects such as termites. Siding comes in a variety of colours and textures, and can be installed horizontally, vertically, or diagonally. Our siding projects include the installation of TYVEK house wrap with taped seams, starter strip, corners and J-trim (as required), along with the clean-up and disposal of all waste materials. CADS Home Exteriors specializes in vinyl, board and batten (aluminum or wood), and brick siding.
Soffit and Fascia
Soffit and fascia refer to the materials that cover the parts of the roof that extend past exterior walls. Soffit covers the bottom part and helps regulate your home’s temperature: cool, dry air flows in through soffit vents, and warm, moist air flows out of roof vents. Fascia covers the front—or facing—part. Also known as “transition trim,” fascia supports a roof’s shingles and helps to keep moisture out. In most cases, soffit and fascia are installed at the same time as siding. CADS Home Exteriors specializes in aluminum soffit and fascia.
